John (and partners) is at the top of my list for contractors to work with. I’ve worked with a TON of contractors (renovated a19c. Georgian in Boston), and John did exactly what he said, no surprises, did the work when he said (that never happens), is professional, courteous and really just a nice guy. I plan to use him in the near future for flooring. I’m sure I’ll have the same race review. Jeff
